Exchange and Return Policies

Standard (non-custom) boots and shoes will be exchanged for another size of the same item or for full purchase price store credit towards the purchase of another item provided the following conditions are met:

ORIGINAL CARTON--Item must be returned in the original manufacturer's carton that it was shipped to the customer in, and either wrapped in a paper or enclosed in another carton. The box is to be in resaleable condition.

TIME--Item must be received within 30 calendar days of the date of shipment.

ERROR IN SHIPMENT--Should an error be made in shipment by Dealy Express, Inc., we will issue full credit for shipping and handling of the original order upon it's receipt by us. In addition, we will refund the buyer for the costs incurred to return the item via the same shipment means it was originally sent out by.


Items ordered with custom calf, thigh or height dimensions, or any special features are NOT returnable. We will work with the purchaser to ensure the proper item is ordered, but items specially built are non refundable UNLESS we err and a boot shaft is made SMALLER than ordered. Some dimensions must be made a bit larger (ankle) to facilitate the manufacturing process.

Consider your purchase carefully. Only STORE CREDITS will be issued after purchase.
